If you're looking for extra motivation, look no further, Workout with PRIDE is proud to offer LGBT personal training in London. We have something for every budget: small group personal training to 1-2-1.

1-2-1 personal training

Our personal trainers are highly experienced in designing truly effective well-being programmes. We focus on unblocking what's been holding you back and give you the tools to be successful.
Starting with your 1st consultation, we will discuss your goals, habits, lifestyles and blockers. Then, together, we will devise a plan that is simple to follow, fun and sets you up to succeed in achieving your goals.
We are using a combination of strength, endurance and mobility training, along with the inclusion of our classes and frequent checking. As a result, we will give you the knowledge and confidence to train correctly, focusing on long-term outcomes and short-term fitness targets.
Your programmes are tracked and monitored every session and will be updated every two weeks, constantly changing things up to give you an optimum session (that remains fun).

Small group personal training

Train in small groups of up to 5 people, where you are matched on goals and strength level, to benefit from the expert attention of our trainers for less than half the price of 1-2-1 sessions. We can comprise on price but not on good form.

#PROUD Cycle

Join the Workout with pride crew for an all-new spinning experience.

Our new #PROUD Cycle (Spin) class will be full of hill climbs, sprints, power and performance while we spin to the sounds of all the icons, from Missy Elliot to Madonna. We have a little of everything on our playlist while you sweat and enjoy the ride of your life.

Our Spinning class is a great way to start your fitness journey. Just like all our classes, Proud cycle caters to all levels so you can work at your own pace! Trust us when we say you’ll definitely feel #PROUD after a cycle session with Workout with PRIDE.

All classes hold an optional post-workout social after class!

Strength Circuits

Workout with pride is excited to introduce our new class, STRENGTH CIRCUITS. Yes, it’s a circuit class but with a Workout with PRIDE Twist just to keep it interesting.

You’ll move quickly through 8-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise, by the end of the circuit, you will have worked the whole body.

To keep things interesting, we might switch up the routine with some partner drills and maybe a little AMPRAP ( as many rounds as possible for time)

Why is this a great class? Like all our classes, you can work at your own pace, using different weight options. Strength circuits will improve your strength, flexibility and mobility whilst giving your cardiovascular system a good push.

Functional Strength

Our Functional strength class focuses on strength training that readies your body for daily activities. The class will take you through many exercises that use all planes of movement, creating resistance from body weight and various equipment.

Expect squats, deadlifts, pushing and pulling exercises with a medium weight for high reps. Functional strength is unlike any other class. We will always add the Workout with PRIDE flare.
