Our Functional strength class focuses on strength training that readies your body for daily activities. The class will take you through many exercises that use all planes of movement, creating resistance from body weight and various equipment.
Expect squats, deadlifts, pushing and pulling exercises with a medium weight for high reps. Functional strength is unlike any other class. We will always add the Workout with PRIDE flare.
All classes hold an optional post-workout social after class!
