Workout with pride is excited to introduce our new class, STRENGTH CIRCUITS. Yes, it’s a circuit class but with a Workout with PRIDE Twist just to keep it interesting.
You’ll move quickly through 8-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise, by the end of the circuit, you will have worked the whole body.
To keep things interesting, we might switch up the routine with some partner drills and maybe a little AMPRAP ( as many rounds as possible for time)
Why is this a great class? Like all our classes, you can work at your own pace, using different weight options. Strength circuits will improve your strength, flexibility and mobility whilst giving your cardiovascular system a good push.
All classes hold an optional post-workout social after class!
